A Birthday Song That Brought Tears of Joy To MY Father

When my dad’s 60th birthday was approaching, I found myself completely stuck on what to get him. He’s the kind of person who’s impossible to shop for—he doesn’t care about fancy gadgets, and every time you ask him, he just says, “I don’t need anything.”

We played the song at his birthday dinner, with all his friends and family gathered around. At first, he just listened, nodding along, and then his face softened.
